Tabbing from new class selector should place cursor within selector

Reported by stevemar...@gmail.com, Jan 16 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click "New Style Rule (+)"
2. Give it a name
3. Press tab key

What is the expected behavior?
Cursor should move in to the edit position so that you can begin adding your styles.

What went wrong?
Cursor bounces out and you can't type anything until you click back in.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
