Facebook post editing pop-up window does not display correctly

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 64.0.3282.79
Operating system: ChromeOS

URLs (if applicable):

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Post something on Facebook timeline
(2)Select "Edit Post"
(3)

Expected result: Pop-up editing window


Actual result: Displays only Window header. Unable to edit.
