No exist prediction word in suggest line for Chinese keyboard input

Steps:
1.Switch to normal or floating keyboard for Chinese layout
2.Tap any word,submitted it 

Actual:
No any prediction word display in the suggestion line

refers to attached vedio

Note:
Should be same the English keyboard ,have prediction words
