Regression - Netflix Android app stops responding to touch once video starts playing

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.41.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.79 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10176.41.0 (Official Build) beta-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Netflix Android app and sign in.
2. Play a video.
3. Wait a couple of seconds for controls to disappear and touch the screen.

What is the expected behavior?
Controls should come back up permitting one to pause or rewind or whatever.

What went wrong?
Nothing happens.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure.

OS Version: 10176.41.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0

I will add that, in clamshell mode, hitting Space works to pause the video, and then touch starts working again.

Broken for me as well (64.0.3282.79 beta) for a couple of milestones. Used to work before.
