Issue description
Chrome Version: 65.0.3321.0 (Official Build) Revisionf79b3bae327fee2d365d8e2e3a9d8b937d86608c-refs/heads/master@{#529180} (32/64-bit)
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10,12,6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags and enable Force UI Direction(Right-to-Left flag).
2. Relaunch the chrome, go to chrome://flags and observe the flag entries.
Actual: Flag names are seen shifted towards LHS instead RHS.
Expected: Flags names should appear on RHS.
This is a regression issue, broken in M-65 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build:65.0.3319.0(Revision:528845)
Bad Build:65.0.3320.0(Revision:529150)
You are probably looking for a change made after 528991 (known good), but no later than 528992 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
