Open HTMLSelect element 2. Look for bottom border (it could be there or not) 3. Try to refresh the page for several times (3 was enough for me) until border state gets changed (appear/disappear) What is the expected behavior? Behaviour should be predictable What went wrong? tkent@chromium.org, I have two screens connected, both 1920x1080. The problem occurs only on laptop's screen where scale is 125% (on large one is is 100%)

sc00335...@techmahindra.com, here it is. I've tried to provide all the styles applied to HTMLSelect element as they are in DevTools. Rendered via Razor (ASP.NET MVC), so I can't provide the whole page, as there are many dynamic elements. |
