What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome , navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now dock devtools in a separate window and then dock to right
3. Now click on customize and control devtools iron icon and go to More tools option and hover all items in it and then close devtools window.
4. Now repeat steps 2 and 3 for three times,observe

Actual Result: Chrome browser crash is observed in devtools

Expected Result: Browser should not crash

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and will soon update other info.
