Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create POP on new flashed device 
2. sign in Google account after enable Email app 
3. find out attachment and download (better to have zipped file saving in google drive with around 300 mb)
4. check drop down notification -> process bar keep looping without process indicate 

What is the expected behavior?
Notification bar should show proper progress

Notification bar showing unexpected behaviour

To enable POP account : 
POP is a protocol
In Email app
> Enter Email id
> Click Manual Setup
> Select POP3 account
