Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome://bookmarks 2. Go to folder that has bookmarks more than it can be rendered in the screen. 3. Try to scroll down to see more bookmarks (via scrollbar, mousewheel or two-fingers touchpad gesture) What is the expected behavior? Expect to be able to scroll down to see more bookmarks. Vertical scrollbar is visible. What went wrong? Unable to scroll down to see more bookmarks with mousewheel or two-fingers touchpad gesture. Vertical scrollbar is not visible. Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3321.2 using windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1. Bisect Info: ================== Good Build: 65.0.3316.0 Bad Build: 65.0.3317.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 527884 (known good), but no later than 527885 (first known bad). Verified the fix on Mac 10.13.1, Windows-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome version #65.0.3324.0 as per the comment #0. Attaching screen cast for reference. Observed that the scroll bar is seen and we are able to scroll up down. Hence, the fix is working as expected. Adding the verified labels. Thanks...!!
