Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Multiple Tabs 2. Go to the last Tab 3. Press shift+alt+arrow-left What is the expected behavior? Only the current tab survives, all other tabs are closed. What went wrong? Alt+Shift+Arrow is the normal shortcut for select parts of a text. Tabs should not be affected by this. Did this work before? Yes Not sure, but this started happening about two days ago. Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: This problem has been coming up on different machines for a few days now, must be a recent update. The same problem occurs if: 1. Open multiple Tabs 2. Go to first Tab 3. press alt+shift+arrow-right > All Tabs but the current one are closed.

Reporter@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Canary 65.0.3321.0 and Stable 63.0.3239.132 and Unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and opened multiple tabs. 2. Clicked on the last tab and hit the Shift+CMD+Left/right arrow key on Mac OS and nothing happens. -Hit the Shift+Option+left/right arrow key and nothing is happening. -Hit the Shit+Alt+left/right arrow key on Windows and nothing is happening. All the tabs remain open after trying the above steps. As per Keyboard shortcuts mentioned in this link-https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_keyboardshortcuts.asp, on Hitting Cmd + Opt + W in Mac OS and Ctrl + Alt + F4 in Windows closes all the tabs, except the current tab. Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks...

I have created a new profile and as you said, the problem was solved. I will try to investigate what configuration in my profile led to this behaviour, as it started a few days ago, although i did not change any settings...
