Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Scroll up or down with trackpad 2. The page will keep scrolling depending how hard you scrolled with your trackpad. 3. While the page is scrolling, you hit control key, and the page is zoomed. What is the expected behavior? The page should not be scrolled. What went wrong? I think the problem is because Chrome doesn't check whether the control key is pressed first, or the user scrolled first. If the control key is pressed and the user scrolled, the page should zoom. If the user scrolled first and the control key was pressed later, the page should not be zoomed. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: Linux Mint 18.3 Flash Version: 28.0.0.126

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.132. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Scrolled up or down with trackpad 2. The page kept scrolling. 3. While the page is scrolling, hit control key, and observed that the page did not zoom and the page stopped scrolling as expected. As the issue has been reported on Linux Mint 18.3, hence forwarding the issue to inhouse team for further investigation of the issue. Thanks...!!
