Browser head not displaying properly when dragged to other screen

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a secondary display 2. Drag a Chrome window to other display What is the expected behavior? Nothing changes What went wrong? The top of chrome didn't display properly Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0 Maybe because I updated to Windows 10, version 1709

leonehuang100@ Thanks for the issue. Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 by connecting it to a secondary display on latest Canary 65.0.3321.0 and Stable 63.0.3239.132. On dragging Chrome window to the secondary display, window is seen as in the first monitor and no issue is seen. Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with observations. Thanks...

I have a problem maybe related to this with cursor focus on extensions. For example when I open an extension popup and trying to click something on secondary display the cursor focus is shifted to right. See the attached picture, where actually cursor is and where it focuses. On the primary display everything is working as expected.
