What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Save a password for https://www.bayareafastrak.org
1. Enable the --fill-on-account-select flag in chrome://flags
2. Navigate to https://www.bayareafastrak.org/en/home/index.shtml
3. Hover over My Account
4. Click on the username field
5. Attempt to select the saved username to autofill the data.

What is the expected result?
Able to select the username and autofill the form.

What happens instead of that?
The menu is dismissed when my mouse moves off the username field, which means I'm unable to select the login entry.
