Plugin "buildbucket" failed to load

Chrome Version: Google Chrome	63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: ubuntu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) visit code review for libyuv

What is the expected result?
shows try bots

What happens instead?
What do you see instead?

Plugin "buildbucket" failed to load

Issue may relate to latest Chrome security update?
Does not affect Firefox.

I can't seem to repro this (page loads fine with trybots visible, and it looks the same as on Firefox) --- could you elaborate on the problem? Thanks!

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Somehow was affected by cache/cookies etc.
Works with firefox.
Works with incognito.
Works if I clear all history/cookies etc
