Unable to tab to battery status in status bar

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox.
2. Alt+Shift+S to status bar.
3. Tab throughout the interface. 
Expected: As everything else in the status bar is focusable with the tab key, it is expected that the battery status should also be accessible in this way.
Actual: There is no way to reach the battery status with the tab key.

I agree that battery status needs to be more easily accessed with ChromeVox , but since battery status is not an actionable item, it doesn't make sense for it to be tab accessible.

The current method for checking battery status is:
# With Chromevox running, press alt+shift+s to get to the status bar
# Tab to the time
# Use search+right arrow until you get to the battery status

I am going to merge this issue with an earlier issue requesting a hotkey for speaking battery status.
