Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox.
2. inbox.google.com, log into an account, and press c to create a new message.
3. Tab to body and type in some text with a mixture of capital and lowercase letters.
4. Backspace letter by letter, and observe that the pitch of all erased letters is the same.
Expected: For consistency, it is good to know what a user is erasing, and that includes the case of the letter being erased. Chromevox should indicate capital letters, even when backspacing. Alternatively, Chromevox should not indicate capital letters, but should indicate backspaced letters in a lower-pitch voice, to alert the user that they are backspacing. The higher-pitch voice used for backspacing is the same as the voice indicating a capital letter.
Actual: There is no distinction between the utterance of a letter when backspacing and when writing a capital letter.
