Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10032.75.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.116 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10032.75.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kefka Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Pressing esc+refresh+power initializes the reset Chromebook process 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Google should have protection against anyone being able to reset a Chromebook. A login window should appear when the 3 reset buttons are pressed. This way, only certain users or just the Google administrator can reset a Chromebook. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10032.75.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.126
