Screen glitched randomly while browsering

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I don't know. I've tried but can't.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The screen suddenly glitched and divide into many part

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable

ntddebugger@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 63.0.3239.132 and Canary 65.0.3321.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to few websites.
2. Browsed for a while and can see the content rendering properly and no glitches are seen.

Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.
