Chrome Version: 65.0.3319.0 (Official Build) f3766ff295fe4f687e4c79aa91afc04fbd7690f6-refs/heads/master@{#528844} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.3), Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and press 'Esc' key to open Console drawer window.
2. Go to 'Request blocking' section from three dot menu list, click on '+' icon and add pattern.
3. Two times press 'Tab' key from keyboard such that focus reaches to added pattern checkbox.
4. Now press 'space' key to uncheck the checkbox, again press 'Space' key to check it and observe.

Unable to check it on pressing the 'Space' key as focus get lost.
Focus should stay on checkbox.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-59 series.
