This Egtest crashed only when simulator's "connect hardware keyboard" is checked.

Hi folks, do you know how to disable "connect hardware keyboard" in egtest?
(or is that already been disabled in our trybot?)
thx.

+baxley@ for opinion.

I have no idea, sorry.

I don't believe we do anything on the bots around disabling "connect hardware keyboard". I believe it just uses what the default is.

Is the problem only on iPad? There is a longstanding typing bug on iPad (https://github.com/google/EarlGrey/issues/239), which they are close to fixing.
It may be unrelated since the bug is about a problem pressing different keyboard keys (often when changing keyboards), I'm not sure there would be the same issue with dismissing the keyboard.

Thanks.

It seems the problem is keyboard doesn't disappear when tapping on the hide button.
If this happen on simulator only, this is the same issue as crbug.com/642559.

But I don't have a iOS 10/11 iPad to test this.

vbarigela@, would you try on a physical iPad when creating new bookmark folder
and tap on hide keyboard button, will the keyboard hide completely and cause
the folder name to be commmited? thx
