cros tryjob UI reports negative duration

Also noticed that "Last updated time" is the beginning of epoch time.

There is a feedback button in the UI that files the bugs straight to the owner.

This is due to BuildInfo API the page rely on is missing a last updated time. cl/179241394 is on the way to use Buildbucket API as a backup data source in this case.
