Storage qual does not work on moblab release 9901.76.0 and later

The storage qual gets stuck as "queued" and does not proceed

1. January 4th, 2018: Release 10032.78.0
2. November 11th, 2017: Release 9901.76.0

Running stable moblab (R63-10032.78.0) with a stable dut image (veyron_minnie-release/R63-10032.75.1) I am not able to reproduce this issue.

Can you list the DUT board and DUT version that you are trying to run.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
We believe this is due to partner running an older version of chrome on the DUT's than moblab can support.

Partner will re-run with the current stable version - re-open if still an issue.
