chromeos-base/midis only builds after retrying

The BuildPackages step in the Pre-CQ always needs to retry the emerge. It works the second time.
For example:

Is this still occuring? I saw a fix land in which adds the RDEPEND librillo dependency in the ebuild.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
I don't have another test available yet, but it looks like it's been fixed. Closing the bug, will reopen if it happens again.
