Network always poor pls fix

1.poor network always

What is the expected behavior?
Poor network

What went wrong?
Tells me about offline always fix my problems

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.91  Channel: dev
OS Version: 5.1 version
Flash Version: 5.1

If you can fix for me I will be very happy

@thabodlomo01 -- Thanks for reporting this issue. From your report it is observed that you are using older version of Chrome Dev. You can install the latest version of Chrome Dev #65.0.3316.0 or Chrome Stable #63.0.3239.111 and verify the behavior.

Please, provide more details on how to reproduce the issue. Preferably, provide a step by step instructions and elaborate what "poor network" means. Thanks!
