PFQ should contain link to chrome changes since last PFQ run

While there may be many changes, it would be very convenient if the PFQ contained a link like [1], ie, a revision list between this run and the last run SyncChrome tags.

This would save a lot of time when trying to figure out if a PFQ run contains a specific Chrome commit.

Better yet, it'd be great to actually insert the contents into the page like pfq-information bots, but I understand if that will be too much information.

this does not look like a Milo related.

where is 53.0.2784.0..53.0.2784.1 is coming from? is there a step that has this range? can it generate the requested link?

removing milo and dgarret because he seems to know things about CrOS

Replicating that link into the waterfall wouldn't be super hard. As for listing all of the relevant CLs.... that would be harder.
