Request Blocking: Block Everything *Except* This Pattern

Reported by kaycebas...@gmail.com, Jan 11 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3318.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Request Blocking Tab

What is the expected behavior?
It allows you to block all URLs, other than ones that come from a certain pattern

RegEx would probably be flexible enough to do this, as well as a bunch of other stuff. So maybe the request is just: enable RegEx patterns in Block Request tab.

What went wrong?
Feature doesn't exist.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 65.0.3318.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2
Flash Version:

Example use-case is that I want to see the impact of 3rd party content on a website's performance. For a site with ads, this can mean hundreds of external requests, so I'd like to block ALL external requests in bulk, by blocking anything that's not from the site's own domain or cdn.

Thank you for your suggestion. At this plan we do not plan to implement it but we will consider it for the next UX refresh.
