Hostname required for Linux tarball builder

This is a requirement for adding a Linux tarball builder at bug 800977.

A Trusty 64-bit GCE instance should work fine.

- Resource type: ccompute is fine
- OS: Linux Trusty
- Quantity: 1
- Devices Attached (if any): None
- Master name: chromium.fyi
