Consider more representative GIFs for blink_perf.image_decoder banchmarks

Project Member Reported by sullivan@chromium.org, Jan 11 2018

Issue description

Breaking this off from bug 778164 :

> The image in the benchmark may not be representative of typical GIFs found on the web. Its dimensions are 2560 x 1920, which seems fairly large. This is where SkCodec really wins, though, thanks to SIMD optimizations.

> We should probably add some more representative tests (including animated GIFs).

I completely agree. This has been a backburner task for me for a while now.

I got a list of 10k websites weighted by popularity. I'm going to scrape those sites and save all the images. Then I'll analyze those images.

Ideally, we cover more than just size. For example, PNGs which are paletted spend more CPU time in palette expansion than decompression. But non-paletted PNGs spend most of their time in decompression. So I would like to really get an idea of every potential variation of each image format and make sure those are accurately represented. This will probably happen piece by piece.
