Screen readers incorrectly reads snackbar messages twice |

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. enable screen reader
1. navigate to https://material.angular.io/components/snack-bar/overview
2. in the first example, select Show snack-bar
3. listen to the output
What is the expected result?
The text of the snackbar is read, then the label of the button
What happens instead of that?
The text of the snackbar is read, then the label of the button, then the text of the snackbar again

This is not an issue with chromevox classic or with mac voiceover.
