FR - Scheduled Automatic Device Restart

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36
Platform: Chromebase Mini Tablet

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. No steps, this is a feature request
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Scheduled automatic restart of kiosk device. Granular to a minimum of an hour window.

What went wrong?
No current way to achieve this.

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: unknown

Public session, no logout, running a web page in a Chrome app in kiosk mode. The application/webpage is a company wide time clock app used by employees to punch in/out for work/lunch. There are 200+ kiosks at different locations across the US.

This can be achieved by setting the UptimeLimit policy with day granularity and having the kiosk app decide at what hour of the day it wants to reboot.
