What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen>> Click on add supervised user >> Try importing an existing supervised user and observe 'Creating supervised user' is seen instead of 'Importing supervised user' message.

Expecting: 'Importing supervised user' message should be seen while importing user
Actual:Instead,'Creating supervised user' message is seen for both creating and importing user.

NOTE: In windows and linux, only loading icon is seen and no message is seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M55
