Chrome ignores autocomplete=off

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a form with autocomplete="off" and some input types you previously used in the browser
2. Start entering data you previously entered in the form

What is the expected behavior?
It respects the autocomplete="off".

What went wrong?
It autofills the form

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
