Regression: Text continuation is seen for Flash permission in page info bubble.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 65.0.3318.0 Revision 193c7425ab494d87b07d70a1df512d58fcd58b58-refs/heads/master@{#528541}(64 bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to wwww.google.com
(2) Click on 'View site info' icon and observe Ask(default) under Flash section.


Actual: On view site info bubble, Ask(default) is not seen properly(i.e. Text continuation is seen for Ask(Defau..) ).

Expected: Ask(default) should seen properly on view site info bubble.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-65', will soon update the other info:

Good Build:65.0.3317.0
Bad Build: 65.0.3318.0

Note: issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) and other Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.3) Os.

You are probably looking for a change made after 528482 (known good), but no later than 528483 (first known bad).

Switch the default typesetter in gfx:: to HARFBUZZ.

All Cocoa UI consumers now specify that they typeset with CoreText. The
remaining consumers all use HARFBUZZ. This resolves some subtle problems
in views UI around text eliding.
