STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Start TalkBack, Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack.
2. Install "TalkBack Tests" APK and open the "web views" test case.
3. Using TalkBack swipe linearly or touch explore to navigate to the first edit field on that screen. Then, double-tap to activate.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The edit field should gain input focus and keyboard come up.

OBSERVED RESULTS:
Nothing happens.
