Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.132 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned below. 1. Launched chrome and navigated to http://jsfiddle.net/zGSpP/5/ 2. Opened devtools console, dragged events and dropped -- no dragend even is fired in console. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Please check the video and let us know if we miss anything from steps. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.132 and on latest canary 66.0.3328.0 on windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1 as per video in comment#5. i.e on dragging box 3 and 4 seeing dragging event fired as soon as we started dragging those boxes. This issue is seen from M60[60.0.3072.0]. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Could someone from Blink>DataTransfer team please have a look at this issue.
