moblab-pre-cq: Retry on provision failure |

Issue descriptionThe provision that moblab runs as part of the run_suite call inside moblab can flake. Example: https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromiumos.tryserver/pre_cq/75951 The author retried the pre-cq with no changes and it passed. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/third_party/autotest/+/833207

Actually, we should already be retrying tests within the run_suite in moblab. See issue 729099 for context.

Looked at the logs from this failure. This is the same as https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=799724#c17 I don't think we should retry on provision failure, because that'll take too long, and because sans this failure mode, we haven't seen any provision flake yet. |
