When a Chrome OS device submits a feedback report, does it receive the report's ID immediately, or is an ID only assigned later? If it receives the ID immediately, it'd be nice if the UI displayed it (and also persisted it at a chrome://feedback page similar to chrome://crashes) so that users can attach it to bug reports.
