Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. reinstall Chrome 2. Import bookmarks from I.E. 3. Import bookmarks from previously exported file What is the expected behavior? Another reset will occur. What went wrong? Unsure, I used the link my account to outlook and attempted to find an issue to report and can just provide some of the data as the snapshot appeared to making a copy of a blank. Detected slow network. My netgear is set at 680kb/sec and the modem will operate up to 1000kb/sec. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: possibly a dllhost file; I am suspecting long names or parsing too. I am not a computer person; I'm just stuck with these issues. Someone is able to move my mouse sometimes: I suspected usbhid or the logitech driver which I can't uninstall because I deleted the sp6 directory or file for the M705 mouse. It works fine, but not the driver. I have process info table for you to check; I do know that Google Updater and taskhost aren't blocked but I have to get admin approval to run the Security Task Manager.

I uninstalled Chrome and downloaded the stand alone installer. Actually, I think I used the Stand-alone installer. I also have noticed that Internet Explorer shows that third-party cookies are not activated; Chrome shows that Flash is not enabled; and the debug program produced a text file after I ran the Clean-up Tool for Chrome after uninstalling. I don't know if this is right, but it seems to suggest that Chrome is not adding my Profile back after I have to do a re-installation. And, I really need Chrome to use Flash as it is built-in and I rely on it to play a game on Facebook, among other sites that use it, too. The link below to attach the file from debug.txt is not working. I have it shown below for you.

I really don't know what to do with it. But I will re-install Chrome anyway.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.132 using Windows 10. Installed Chrome and imported bookmarks from IE/Firefox/HTML file and didn't see any reset of chrome. As this issue is not reproducible from TE end and as per comment#3 adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp label. Could someone from Services>Sync or UI>Browser>Bookmarks team to have a look at this issue. Thanks!

Sorry, but it's entirely unclear to me what the problem even is. writn81@gmail.com, can you please describe: 1) What exactly are you doing, step by step. 2) What is happening in Chrome. 3) What you would expect to happen instead.
