Wrong info about sound in YouTube player on wykop.pl

Chrome Version       : 65.0.3317.0
URL : wykop.pl
Behavior in Firefox: always single info about sound (even when sound is muted)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) wykop.pl
(2) start playing any YouTube video on main page

Expected: sound indicator is showing single muted/unmuted sound info

Current: double info about muted sound

Reported version is Canary, the same happens on stable build

Tested the issue in Android and could reproduce the issue. Observed the volume controller icon is seen doubled

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Chrome .
2. Navigated to wykop.pl
3. Played a Youtube video on the page.
4. Observed the volume controller icon is seen doubled. 

Chrome versions tested:
63.0.3239.111, 65.0.3317.0

OS
Android 6.0.1

Android Devices
Samsung Galaxy S7

Considering this issue as Non-Regression issue as observing same behavior since M52.
