battor.trivial_pages.cpu_time_percentage_avg.TrivialCanvasPageSharedPageState jumps from .24 to 2.92.

There are smaller regressions in TrivialCanvasPageSharedPageState and TrivialGifPageSharedPageState.

This is expected due to the needed fix for  Issue 794819  and the fact that this bot is still running 10.11.

We should be testing on current operating system versions, not obsolete ones.
