Codesearch goes into an infinite? loop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/mojo/public/cpp/bindings/interface_ptr.h
(2) Hover mouse over PtrInfoType in line 43.
(3)

What is the expected result?
Browser is responsive.

What happens instead?
Browser isn't responsive.

Confirmed in Chrome 63.0.3239.132 and 65.0.3317.0 on Windows.  (I've confirmed it repros without Site Isolation as well.)
