Issue descriptionApp Version: 64.0.3282.85 beta iOS Version: 11.2.2, 11.2.5, 10.3.3 Device: iPhones and iPads URL: any Precondition: Enable Voice Over ON Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome and Enable Voice over ON 2. Navigate to any website with links (Ex: techmeme.com) 3. Tap on any link Observed results: Observe that popup blocked infobar is displayed Expected results: New tab should be displayed without blocking Note: Works fine with voice over OFF Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NO , Safari: NO Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M63 Yes Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M64 Yes Link to video/image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hvZAk1e-95qzYpeIn5RlxIaMlkEUpKBq/view

When the user clicks -[CRWWebController userClickedRecently] return NO with Voice Over on. Mohammad, can you take a look if CRWTouchTrackingRecognizer does the right thing in Voice Over?
