What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter Chrome VR on a page e.g. wikipedia.org
(2) click a link to go to another page on wikipedia
(3) Hit back on the url bar
(4) Select another link on the page

If you repeat this enough, at some point clicking on links doesn't work. It will start working again after scrolling on the page a bit, or after just waiting. 

I haven't seen this issue before using the same hardware so I think it's a bug.
