UI changes observed for Lockscreen

Chrome OS: 10295.0.0, 65.0.3316.0 dev channel caroline device
Chrome OS: 10176.41.0, 64.0.3282.79 beta channel caroline device
Chrome OS: 10032.75.0, 63.0.3239.116 stable channel samus device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Observe the lockscreen on M64 build
(2) Observe the lockscreen on M65 build
(3)

What is the expected result?
1. On M63 build, complete username is not displayed. Usually displayed in truncated form as 'FirstName...'.
2. On clicking the arrow-symbol, username and email address details are shown to the user.

What happens instead?
1. On M64 build, down-arrow symbol is missing beside the username. 
2. On M65 build, complete username is displayed instead of truncated form. Nothing is shown on clicking the arrow-symbol.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
I believe both of these are fixed, please reopen if seen again.

Although issue still exist on M67 stable, closing this bug based on verification on M68 beta (10718.34.0, 68.0.3440.40).
