A11Y: Include account user name with account image label

Chrome 65.0.3316.0

I have three accounts on my Chromebook. They all have the same first and last name. The login screen offers one password field and images to choose the account I want to use. These images are currently labelled by <first> <last>. I have to choose one at random and check the password box to find the email ID associated with the image.

Expected: account email ID would be included in account image label such that account image label would be <first> <last> <email>

Actual: Account image label is not verbose enough when the images have the same labels.
