Can't see old tryruns on Gerrit

Sometime recently, looking at old patchsets in Gerrit doesn't show that patchset's tryjobs, but instead the latest.

i.e.
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/859116/4
shows tryjobs from the latest run, not that patchset.

This regression makes it very hard to compare try runs across changes.

I'm not sure if this is a Gerrit plugin thing, or a Milo thing, or a buildbucket thing, so copying a few who might know more.

Funny, i filed exact same bug yesterday, issue 800620

This is either change of API in PolyGerrit or a bad recent deployment of our buildbucket plugin. It's not, however, a bug in buildbucket nor milo.
