Unwanted break is seen on print preview of incognito window

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome reported version and open New incognito window
2. Click on Ctrl+P, click on More settings and check the Background graphics under options section
3. The preview window on right side pane, unwanted break is seen on top of it

What is the expected behavior?
Preview window should be visible without break in it

What went wrong?
Unwanted break is seen on top of preview window
