Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the linked Google+ profile.
2. Click "About".

What is the expected behavior?
Since not all of the content fits on the screen, there is a scrollbar so you can scroll down and see the content that doesn't fit on the screen.

What went wrong?
Even though not all of the content fits on the screen, there is no scrollbar to scroll down and view the content farther down, so that content cannot be viewed. See attached screenshot.
