Wrong tarball is being mirrored, for docker-17.12.0

Project Member Reported by edjee@google.com, Jan 10 2018

Issue description

We are trying to bring up docker 17.12.0. We have pending code changes for it: CL:851738 and related changes.

And we encountered a problem. The mirrored source tarball for docker-17.12.0, which is gs://chromeos-mirror/gentoo/distfiles/docker-17.12.0.tar.gz , seems to be actually docker version 18.01 .

I guess a wrong file was fetched to the mirror, because of https://bugs.gentoo.org/644086 .

Once that upstream Gentoo issue is fixed, maybe we need to update gs://chromeos-mirror/gentoo/distfiles/docker-17.12.0.tar.gz .

Meanwhile, in order to unblock ourselves, I uploaded the correct tarball file to gs://chromeos-localmirror/distfiles (as adityakali@ suggested), expecting it would override the wrong one. But I'm not sure whether that will work.

The upstream Gentoo Linux maintainers fixed the issue. Now they use docker-17.12.0-r1.tar.gz .

I've removed the tarball gs://chromeos-localmirror/distfiles/docker-17.12.0.tar.gz I uploaded, because I think we will have the correct docker-17.12.0-r1.tar.gz in gs://chromeos-mirror/gentoo/distfiles/ soon.

Closing the bug. Thanks very much.
