What were you doing?

I can't see my Chrome saved passwords, now that Chrome prompts for a User Name too.  I have a Windows password, which worked fine in the past to see the passwords.  Now, I can't see them because I can't provide a correct User Name (whatever that is).  What User Name do they want -- Windows, Chrome, or the website whose password I want to see?  If it's Windows, WTF is the Windows User Name and where do I find it?
